Shipping Original Art

Packed like it matters

Every original is packed flat with serious protection, because a one of a kind piece only gets one trip. Painted doors and oversized pieces ship crated.

Timing

Orders ship within 5 business days of confirmed payment. Franco confirms every order personally before anything is charged.

Cost and tracking

Shipping is quoted by Franco when he confirms your order, based on size and destination. Every shipment is insured and tracked, and you get the tracking number the day it leaves.

Local pickup

Buying near a show? Mention it in your order request and pick the piece up in person at Franco's art fair tent. No shipping, no waiting.

Returns

Every piece is a one of a kind original, so all sales are final once confirmed. If your painting arrives damaged, send Franco photos within 7 days and he will make it right with a repair, a replacement commission of equal value, or a refund. That is a promise.

Are the prices final?

Prices shown are introductory and subject to confirmation by the artist. Franco confirms the total personally on every order before any payment.

What are the dimensions of a piece?

Dimensions are on request. Email Franco about any piece and he will send the exact measurements.

How does ordering work?

Add pieces to your cart, fill in the order request form, and your email app opens with everything written out. Send it, Franco confirms availability and the total, and you pay on confirmation. This site never charges you.

How do commissions work?

Describe what you want on the commissions page. Franco replies with a quote and a timeline. No deposit until you both agree on the plan. Typical turnaround is a few weeks from approval.

Are these prints or originals?

Originals only. Every piece is a one of a kind acrylic on canvas, painted by hand. No prints, no reproductions.

Do you ship outside the US?

International shipping is quoted case by case. Email Franco with the piece you want and your location.
